Brian Cramer Vice President & Senior Scientist

Mr. Cramer possesses over eight years of experience in the areas of wetland delineation, functional wetland assessment, wildlife surveys/habitat assessment with a special focus on threatened and endangered species, wetland mitigation/restoration site identification, design and construction and regulatory compliance, land use regulation, land development feasibility analysis and land planning. He has extensive experience with federal, state (NJ, CT, PA and NY) and local environmental resource permitting. His project experience includes large scale urban wetland restoration projects for the NY District of the Army Corps of Engineers. These projects included baseline data collection, wetland delineation, threatened and endangered species surveys, functional wetland assessment, restoration design, approval and construction. Other private sector experience includes storm water management and soil erosion/sedimentation control. Mr. Cramer has prepared numerous environmental assessments, environmental impact statements (Municipal, State, and Federal) and wetland applications during his career.

Mr. Cramer continues to be highly involved with the long term endangered species survey initiatives for the New Jersey Division of Fish and Wildlife-Endangered and Non-Game Species Program. Mr. Cramer secured his B.S. in Environmental Biology and a minor in Chemistry at Pace University in 2001. He is based in the GreenVest New Jersey Office.
