Nick Rudi  contract chief financial officer

Nicholas A. Rudi is the contract Chief Financial Officer of GreenVest. Formerly involved in the financial advisory industry and consulting for private and government clients in the environmental industry. Mr. Rudi was also a senior manager at Price Waterhouse, was a former County Administrator and current Principal in a Class B recycling facility. Mr. Rudi has extensive experience in public/private negotiations, deal structures and researching innovative environmental technologies. He was also the principal in several health care facilities. He received his Bachelors degree from LaSalle University and a MBA from Drexel University. He is a Certified Public Accountant.

Mr. Rudi's primary responsibilities include structuring and financing of transactions for the sale of debt in the public market and performing market, cost and long term economic forecasting for brownfield remediation, recycling, and conservation mitigation banking projects.
