SustainabLE2 Balancing Economic Growth with Environmental Quality
The Faux Group and GreenVest are pleased to announce the creation of a third entity, SustainabLE2. Both Annapolis-based companies, the Faux Group and GreenVest have come together to form SustainabLE2, a certified woman-owned multidisciplinary firm providing consulting services to public and private entities involved in land use decisions. SustainabLE2 staff includes planners, scientists, landscape architects, engineers, ecologists, tax, financial, legal, and real-estate marketing specialists. While SustainabLE2 is a new organization, we are backed by the 20 year track records of The Faux Group and GreenVest, as well as the extensive experience of their senior managers and principals. SustainabLE2 was formed with the recognition that in today’s complex financial markets, environmental and economic strategies are inextricably intertwined. SustainabLE2 was created to integrate environmental and economic strategies and overcome impediments to initiatives like the Chesapeake Bay cleanup effort and to promote energy independence and creating value on underutilized land.
SustainabLE2 responds to the demand for comprehensive land planning within communities where green initiatives will balance economic growth with environmental quality. The work of SustainabLE2 will focus on integrated entrepreneurial solutions for land use. We encompass development, conservation, remediation and renewable energy generation. Our projects and services include the creation of jobs, securing of grants, development of integrated, multi-source and renewable energy generation efficiencies unique to specific land masses. The design and construction of reduced nutrient load waste water and storm water systems, employing ecosystem services, values and credits to secure revenue to help support the projects and address water quality issues impacting the Chesapeake Bay Watershed.
