Tad Wood chief operating officer

Tad Wood has more than 20 years of experience in all segments of commercial real estate, including repositioning surplus real estate, new development, and project marketing. Within the public sector, Tad has conceived and executed a broad spectrum of asset management, development and marketing programs for clients such as the Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority, the Warwick/TF Green Airport Redevelopment Project, the State of Maryland, and the Anne Arundel Economic Development Corporation. His successes include the disposition of excess real estate, the promotion of development around transit centers through public-private partnerships, and the creation of asset management systems resulting in reduced costs and increased income.

As a real estate marketing consultant and a commercial broker in both New Jersey and Maryland, Tad worked on behalf of many local, national and international companies such as AT&T, Volvo/GM Heavy Truck, Orient Chemical Corporation, Westfield Corporation, and The Mills Corporation. Tad secured his BA in Economics and Psychology at Hobart College in 1985. Tad is based in the Annapolis, Maryland office.
