These are all buzzwords that have corporate America as well as citizen’s worldwide sitting up straight these days and listening. There are many who claim they have been at the forefront. GreenVest had this vision 14 years ago and since that date has delivered value associated with these concepts to many landowners, municipalities and a wide range of public/private entities.

Managing, acquiring, and disposing of real estate must include an experienced environmental component. Municipal planning and land use laws have a direct impact on environmental quality as they will guide how we treat the land in the future.
