Habitat restoration and design.

Our experience and expertise in ecosystem design covers urban and rural sites and a broad range of ecosystems including streams, riparian zones, wetlands (freshwater and tidal systems), open water systems, and forest and wildlife habitats. Our team of environmental planners, scientists, restoration ecologists, wildlife, and aquatic biologists create innovative and appropriate design plans for terrestrial and aquatic ecosystems. We employ an iterative process to create a custom design that considers site constraints and incorporates each site’s unique attributes. Each of our designs focus on achieving targeted ecological lift and systemic function, meeting regulatory expectations and our client’s objectives, as well as creating a pathway to self-sustaining equilibrium.

As problem solvers, we use our unique site-based approach, experience and expertise to identify natural resource characteristics and constraints to avoid impacts, and uncover opportunities to create sustainable, green infrastructure projects regardless of end use.
