Maintenance and monitoring services.

Following construction, mitigation projects typically carry a mandatory maintenance and monitoring obligation over a five-to-seven-year period. Newly restored ecological systems often require maintenance and TLC to keep them on a trajectory to successful establishment and full functionality.

We offer maintenance and monitoring services to clients with established or pending mitigation projects. Our staff develops and implements monitoring and adaptive management plans tailored to suit each site or project.

Our approach is proactive and facilitates positive progress that leads the site to establish its own self-sustaining and dynamic equilibrium. Annual status reports that document performance standards, site conditions, and system health are prepared and submitted to regulatory agencies during each year of the monitoring period. These reports include proposed plans for adaptive management or corrective action following the growing season.
