Bill has over 30 years of experience in finance, accounting and real estate. His primary responsibilities include performing financial feasibility analysis on all current and potential projects, assisting with project financing and capital raises, as well as performing project due diligence. He is also responsible for overseeing our entire accounting division.
Prior to joining us, Bill was CEO and co-founder of a national consulting firm that provided oversight and technical analysis for the firms’ complex litigation support projects. Many of these cases involved real estate valuation and business valuation model analysis. Bill was significantly involved as a consulting expert for attorneys and assisted them in the determination of overall case assessment and strategy. He also has been involved with several real estate development and syndication companies, where he was responsible for overseeing the organizations’ finance and due diligence practices.
Bill started his career with Arthur Andersen & Company in Washington, DC, where he was involved in the financial services audit practice. He received a B.B.A. in Accounting from James Madison University in 1980. Bill is based in our Maryland office.
