Kevin Schneider, Esq.
Kevin serves as our Deputy Counsel and Policy Analyst. He possesses project experience in the areas of legislative oversight, regulatory compliance, regulatory policy analysis, grant writing, law and legal process, contract development, market supply/demand analysis, and business development.
Prior to entering law school, Kevin worked as an Information Systems Technician for a construction consulting firm in Maryland where he provided project management assistance and produced graphics and spreadsheets to support clients in litigation. His professional work history also includes an associate attorney position at a Washington, DC law firm specializing in the representation of policyholder interests in insurance coverage matters, complex litigation, and alternative dispute resolution.
Kevin’s unique educational background, having graduated from Vanderbilt University with a B.S. in Engineering Science and Economics with a Minor in Engineering Management, before earning his J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law, gives him an exceptional knowledge base to support regulatory compliance and policy analysis; federal, state, county and municipal land use planning; due diligence and transactional oversight; as well as development, sales and marketing of ecological asset values. Kevin is based out of our Maryland office.
