Earlier this month, Jack “Wildlife” Turner—one of Team GV’s Ecosystem Restoration Specialists and a talented wildlife photographer—contributed a guest post to The Alliance for the Chesapeake Bay. The Alliance has been working for over half a century to educate, protect, and restore our magnificent Chesapeake Bay.
Jack’s blog highlighted ten of his favorite species that call the Chesapeake Bay home. From butterflies to raptors to the red fox, Jack has not only captured some very dynamic portraits of our natural neighbors, but also shared a bit of information about each animal.
