EXPERIENCE – Bobby Miller has 5 years of experience in ecological restoration, wetland delineations, ecological assessments, and permitting. Bobby’s recent experiences have focused on compensatory mitigation and mitigation banking; wetland and riparian zone mitigation monitoring in compliance with Freshwater Wetlands and Flood Hazard Area Permit requirements; soil ecology and the development of hydric soils; soil testing for acid-producing soils; construction oversight; planting oversight; collection and analysis of data; and various threatened and endangered species surveys. Bobby is an Ecologist at GreenVest and is responsible for data collection to support restoration projects, construction oversight (including sediment and erosion control compliance), and maintenance and monitoring (including annual reporting) for, stream and wetland projects in Maryland. He also provides local, state and federal regulatory permitting, regulatory compliance, and project design.
