EXPERIENCE – Joe has over 2 years of project management experience with multiple nonprofits and a year of experience as an Ecological Restoration Technician. His skill sets include project management, systems ecology, ArcGIS, and construction oversight. Most recently, he worked as a Restoration Technician for Ecotone Inc., where he gained experience working in construction on multiple restoration projects. Prior to that, Joe was an Assistant Project Manager at the National Nonprofit KaBOOM!, where he helped manage playground construction projects across the country. He’s also worked for the National Park Service, where he modeled and quantified the ecological benefits of trees in the National Capital Region. When he’s in the office, Joe is responsible for GIS figure production and site search analysis. His responsibilities on-site include technical oversight and support in project design, construction, maintenance, and monitoring.
