The 28-acre ERMB restored the functionally impaired headwater wetland/aquatic system by enhancing existing hydrology/hydraulics, re-establishing native plant species, and improving wildlife habitat, local flood storage, and regional water quality. The bank also eradicated monotone colonies of invasive species.
