GreenVest restored the Manasquan River Mitigation Bank in two parts. The first half of the site is fixed-price, full delivery mitigation for the NJ Turnpike Authority (18.92 acres) and the balance of the site is an at-risk freshwater wetland and riparian zone mitigation bank. This former agricultural site sits in the headwater region of the Manasquan River in NJ Watershed Management Area 12. The mitigation bank project included in 13.64 acres of wetland enhancement, 0.49 acres of wetland creation, and 0.31 acres of upland forest enhancement.
